Are you a persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and close deals? At Zoom Drain, we're looking for a Home Solutions Consultant to join our team and help homeowners make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested our services
- Provide expert recommendations for water line and sewer solutions
- Convert warm leads into sales through consultative selling
- Earn competitive base pay PLUS commission on every project you close
NO COLD CALLING OR LEAD GENERATION - We provide all appointments from our existing customer base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Assess customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Create estimates that clearly communicate value
- Follow up effectively to close sales
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Strong sales ability and persuasive communication skills
- Basic understanding of plumbing or construction (full training provided)
- Excellent time management and follow-through
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license
