Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. You will foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and effective sales strategies. This individual will enthusiastically help shape the future of our company!

How You Can Help Us:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competitor activities.
  • Sales Training: Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Home Services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results
