At Zoom, our Install Coordinator position is an integral part of our operations. Our operational efficiency starts with them. Install Coordinators are engaged and compassionate to our customers' needs. Their goals are to schedule the project estimator site visits and prepare job folders for the install jobs to ensure all processes are followed. 

Install Coordinator Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Effectively manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Schedule and communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
  • Schedule drain line installs based on priority to the available workforce
  • Communicate with townships to pull permits and coordinate inspections
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Install Coordinator Qualifications | WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred
  • Familiarity with scheduling jobs and juggling changes
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $26.00 Hourly
Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Friday | Onsite
