At Zoom, our Install Coordinator position is an integral part of our operations. Our operational efficiency starts with them. Install Coordinators are engaged and compassionate to our customers' needs. Their goals are to schedule the project estimator site visits and prepare job folders for the install jobs to ensure all processes are followed.
Install Coordinator Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage the "big picture" of our install schedule by coordinating technicians and installs based on priority and team availability
- Effectively manage incoming calls, identify customer needs, and build trust through compassionate, clear communication
- Handle customer concerns with speed and empathy, providing solutions that keep the project on track
- Drive to various townships and municipalities across the Greater Philadelphia area multiple times per week to pull permits, drop off documentation, and coordinate inspections using a company vehicle
- Prepare comprehensive job folders for install teams to ensure all site data and permit requirements are met
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Hours & Work Schedule
- Full Time - Monday through Friday | Onsite
- This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within the local region
Install Coordinator Qualifications | WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- A valid driver's license in good standing
- Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling jobs and juggling changes
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
